Step 1. How much do you want to earn in your 1st year of training, (gross) place into box 1.

Step 2. How much do you want to charge per session, place into box 2.(if doing half hours and hour sessions then complete 2 calculators and decide how many hours of each per week you wish to do to give your the total).

Step 3. Divide box 1 and 2 to equal how many session per year needed for earnings in box 3.

Step 4. Divide box 3 by 48 weeks a year that you should work, this equals how many sessions per week you need to complete.

Step 5. Best option is add 5 sessions per week to your total from box 4 to cover any cancellations.
